Signed-in users can use in-app messaging and flows on the listing where the lister enables them. Short-let bookings and some rentals run through HubQuery checkout where configured. Response times depend on the lister or agency.

Listers set asking prices; negotiation is between you and the owner or agent unless a listing states a fixed price policy. HubQuery does not set prices on their behalf.

How do rent, deposits, and short-let payments work?

For supported flows, payments are processed through HubQuery with providers shown at checkout (for example Paystack where enabled). Landlords and hosts can use lease management, rent collection, and HubLets tools in the dashboard; availability depends on your country hub and product setup.
