1. Our Commitment
HubQuery is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We strive to make our platform usable by as many people as possible, including those who use assistive technologies such as screen readers, keyboard navigation, and voice control.
We follow widely accepted guidelines where practicable, including the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), to improve accessibility across our website and applications.
2. Current Measures
We work to incorporate accessibility into our design and development process. Current measures include:
- Semantic HTML and ARIA where appropriate to support assistive technologies
- Keyboard-accessible navigation and interactive elements
- Sufficient color contrast and options to adjust text size where feasible
- Descriptive link text and image alt text for meaningful content
- Forms and error messages that are identifiable and understandable
- Responsive layouts that work across devices and zoom levels
Our platform is multi-country and multi-language; we consider readability and logical structure for different languages and regions.
3. Known Limitations
Some third-party content, embedded tools, or legacy sections may not yet meet our accessibility targets. We are actively working to improve these areas and to select third-party services that support accessibility.
4. Feedback and Assistance
We welcome your feedback. If you encounter an accessibility barrier or need assistance using any part of HubQuery, please contact us:
We will work with you to provide the information or service you need and to address accessibility issues where possible.
5. Updates
We review and update this Accessibility Statement periodically to reflect our current practices and improvements. Last update date is indicated at the bottom of this page.
