Referral Program Terms

1. Overview

HubQuery may offer a referral program that allows eligible users to invite friends and earn credits or other rewards when referred users sign up and meet program conditions. These Referral Program Terms govern your participation in the referral program in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Program availability, reward types, and eligibility may vary by country. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the referral program or these Program Terms at any time with notice where required by law.

2. Eligibility

To participate in the referral program you must:

• Have an active HubQuery account in good standing
• Comply with these Program Terms and our Acceptable Use Policy
• Reside in a country where the referral program is offered
• Not be prohibited by applicable law from participating in incentive programs

Referred users must sign up through your unique referral link or code, create a new account, and meet any minimum activity or qualification criteria we specify for you to qualify for a reward.

3. How It Works

When the program is available, you may receive a unique referral link or code from your account. You may share this link or code through permitted channels in compliance with applicable laws and our Acceptable Use Policy.

• Rewards are granted only when the referred user completes sign-up and any other conditions we specify.
• Rewards may be in the form of account credits, discounts, or other benefits as described in the program at the time of referral.
• We may cap the number of referrals or rewards per user or per period.
• Fraudulent referrals may result in forfeiture of rewards and account action.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You may not create multiple accounts to refer yourself, use spam or misleading claims, impersonate HubQuery, use bots or scripts to generate referrals, or violate applicable advertising or data protection laws when sharing your referral link. Violation may result in cancellation of rewards and account action.

5. Rewards and Taxes

Rewards have no cash value unless we explicitly state otherwise. We may report reward value to tax authorities where required by law. You are responsible for any tax obligations arising from your participation in your jurisdiction.
